Meet Your Instructor

My journey as a freediver began when I first set out to learn spearfishing. What started as an interest quickly grew into a love of this sport. Freediving has taken me around the world, challenged me to grow, and connected me with the ocean and its creatures in a deep and meaningful way. Freediving has transformed my life in such a profound way, that it became my mission to help others discover its magic.

As someone who never considered themselves athletic, freediving taught me that with dedication and patience, anyone can excel in this sport. In 2024, I represented the USA national team in both AIDA and CMAS world championships and set a national record in dynamic bifins.

What I love most about teaching freediving is seeing my students accomplish things they once thought impossible. My teaching philosophy is simple: freediving should be a joyful experience, not a painful one. I focus heavily on the mental aspect of freediving, because I believe our thoughts shape our reality, and by working on the mind as well as the body, amazing progress can be made. I’ve faced many challenges in my own journey, and that has given me a deep understanding of the struggles students face—whether it's fear, technique, or fitness. I’m here to guide you, no matter your starting point, and show you what you’re capable of.
