Captain Tim
I spent my youth in Islamorada and ever since I went diving for the first time when I was 12, it has become a part of my DNA.
My students often describe me as a patient and dedicated instructor. Their safety and well-being have always been my top priority. With a deep passion for the ocean and a background in law enforcement, I take great pride in sharing my love for the water while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront of everything I do. My teaching approach focuses on creating a safe, welcoming environment, providing clear, easy-to-understand instructions, and offering plenty of hands-on practice for my students to feel confident and at ease.

When I'm not in the water, I enjoy spending quality time with my best friend and wife, Sherry. I’m also a proud father of four kids, 15 grandkids, and three great-grandkids. Every Saturday, you can find me playing guitar at church for the homeless community in Pompano. At the end of the day, I’m just a simple man who loves the ocean and unwinding with a cold can of Budlight.
